Career development is a key focus area for VenuesLive and we are delighted to call for applications for Venues Management School (VMS) in November.

Held at SALT in Kingscliff NSW, the School is a residential program that runs for one week over two years and rounds out the practical experience of attendees. Students at the VMS come from functional areas right across our industry from Catering and Cleaning to Events and Ticketing.

The educational components of the School are extensive and will result in your achievement of a Diploma of Venue Management. Topics studied include Booking & Scheduling, Building Exceptional Teams, Marketing, Financial Management and Retailing & Merchandising.

VMS also opens a wealth of networking opportunities with students and instructors from venues across the Asia Pacific region and those working in related businesses providing services to the venue management industry in attendance.

VenuesLive alumni of the School include Daryl Kerry, Sue Max, Rebecca Purcell, Dorian Hughes and many others on our team. If you think this professional development opportunity aligns with your Personal Development Plan for 2019, please have a chat with your Line Manager.

Applications for VMS 2019 close on August 9 in NSW and August 16 in WA.

Our very own Sue Max and Becc Barry are Instructors at the School, so please feel free to talk with them, or any of our Graduates if you’d like to know more.
