The company shall use a reasonable standard of care to store electronic biometric data collected in accordance with all legislative obligations. Currently the Company collects finger vein scanning for the sole purpose of employee identification measures to facilitate biometric security as part of our overall business operation. All biometric data will be destroyed once employment with VenuesLive Management Services (NSW) Pty Ltd ceases and will not be shared under any circumstance with any third party.

It may not be blurry, grainy, fuzzy, or be enhanced in any way (for example, no filters, text, emoji’s, stickers etc.). If you wear a head covering daily for religious regions, please adjust it to provide a full-face view. Please attached your photo below. Please note that this photo sits against your employee profile and will be used to verify your identity for security purposes.

    • STEP 2 - MINIMUM OF 100 POINTS OF IDENTIFICATION

      Group 1 – You can only provide one document from this group if applicable. Each one is worth 70 points.
      • Birth Certificate
      • Birth Card issued by the New South Wales Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages
      • Citizenship Certificate
      • Current Passport
      Group 2 - You MUST provide at least one document from this group (maximum of two). Each one is worth 40 points.

      The following documents must be current and valid.

      • Driver Licence issued by an Australian State or Territory
      • Licence or permit issued under a law of the Commonwealth, a State or Territory Government (e.g. a boat licence)
      • Identification card issued to a public employee
      • An identification card issued by the Commonwealth, a State or Territory as evidence of the applicant’s entitlement to a financial benefit
      • An student identification card issued at a secondary school or tertiary education institution
      • A Proof of Age Card or NSW Photo Card issued by the NSW Roads and Traffic Authority
      • Keypass (over 18) identity card issued by Australia Post.
      Group 3 – You can provide any of these two documents (maximum of two). Each one is worth 25 points.

      The following documents must show NAME and SIGNATURE – points from the same source may only be counted once (i.e. a MasterCard and EFTPOS card issued by the same financial institution):

      • Marriage Certificate (for maiden name only)
